Enla provides AI-powered tools for generating advertising campaigns, copy, creative concepts, and marketing assets.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security.
• Providing accurate information.
• Activities conducted through your account.

• Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may modify pricing with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or regulations.
• Upload malicious code or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform.
• Use Enla to infringe intellectual property rights.

Enla retains ownership of the platform, software, branding, and related intellectual property.

Users retain ownership of content they submit. Subject to applicable law, users may use generated outputs for business and marketing purposes.

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before publication. Users are responsible for verifying generated content before use.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enla shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Enla operates.
