Data Deletion Instructions
How to request deletion of data stored by Enla, including account, campaign, and connected ad platform information.

Enla lets you delete or revoke most workspace data directly in the product. For full account deletion, contact our support team so billing and workspace records can be closed correctly.
What data we store
Depending on how you use Enla, we may store:
- Account profile information such as your email address, display name, and avatar.
- Campaign inputs, generated copy, image prompts, and generated image URLs.
- Shared campaign or board links that you choose to make public.
- Connected ad platform data, such as encrypted access tokens, account IDs, and campaign or ad performance snapshots when you connect Meta or other ad platforms.
- Billing and subscription records processed through Stripe.
Delete connected ad platform data
If you connected Meta or another ad platform, you can remove that connection and delete the stored connector data from your workspace:
- Sign in to Enla and open Settings → Connectors.
- Select the connected platform and choose Disconnect.
Disconnecting removes Enla's stored access tokens and synced connector data for that platform from your workspace.
Revoke public share links
To stop public access to shared campaigns or boards without deleting your account:
- Open Settings → Privacy.
- Revoke campaign links, board links, or all public links from that page.
Delete your account and all workspace data
To permanently delete your Enla account and associated workspace data:
- If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first in Settings → Billing.
- Open Settings → Account and choose Delete account, or email us using the address below.
- Send your request from the email address on your account and include your workspace ID shown on the Account settings page.

Request deletion without signing in
If you cannot access your account, email support@enla.ai from the email address associated with your Enla account. Include:
- Your full name and the email address on the account.
- Whether you want full account deletion or deletion of specific connected platform data.
- Your workspace ID, if you have it.
Processing time
Connector disconnections and public link revocations take effect immediately in Enla. Account deletion requests are processed manually and are typically completed within 30 days. We may retain limited records where required for billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
